Troop 848 provides learning, service and leadership opportunities for young women in Coppell, Texas and the surrounding areas as part of the Scouts BSA program.

On Friday, 1/24/25, we will meet at Urban Air in Coppell at 5:00, play and eat. From there we will go to FUMC where we have our Troop Meetings for a Lock-in.

Umi's Eagle Project Work Day

Scouts - Please join us this Saturday 11/16, at FUMC from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM for Umi's Eagle Project Work Day at the church.

Umi is the first Scout from our Troop to work on an Eagle Service project, so please come and support her!

Winter Camp at TRJ - 12/27 - 12/31

Winter Camp will be at Camp TRJ in Athens, TX between 12/27 and 12/31. We have added this event to our December calendar. Please sign up ASAP so we can get a headcount and begin the process of merit badge class sign up.

Sept 26 Troop Meeting at Life Safety Park

Our September 26 meeting will take place at Coppell's Life Safety Park at 820 S. Coppell Rd., Coppell, TX 75019. Scouts will work with members of the Coppell Fire Department to learn some essential safety skills.

Orienteering Merit Badge Session 1, 5 October (12:00 - 16:00)

Mr. Kulkarni and I will offer Orienteering MB from Sat, 5 Oct starting 12:00. PLC will end 07:00 a.m. on Sat morning.

If you are interested, please sign up asap so that we can take a headcount and offer any open seats to Troop 840.
